How do ION and OMEX integrate?

G.O.S. integrates supply operations with commercial execution so the system responds as one. You can activate ION only, OMEX only, or both.

What if I already have providers?

They are integrated or replaced as it suits. The first conversation defines what to keep and what to replace, it does not force a restart.

What does the first conversation include?

We analyze your operation and tell you which links you need and which you don't, including the ones you don't have to contract with us.

Do I need a legal entity in Mexico to operate?

Not to start. Depending on your product, we act as importer of record (IOR) and commercial representative while you define your local structure. You do not need to incorporate an entity in Mexico to begin selling.

How much control do I lose over my product?

Control of your brand, price and channel stays with you. You gain end to end visibility over inventory, channel and commercial performance.

Who will I talk to during the process?

A single point of contact responsible for coordinating the system and keeping visibility.

How is PinPoint different from a logistics operator or a 3PL?

A 3PL moves your product. We move it and we also sell it: imports, warehousing and bonded warehouse, distribution, retail negotiation and point of sale execution. A logistics operator answers for the transfer; we answer for the commercial result.
